Customers are advised to check the product description and size guide carefully before placing the order to avoid any inconvenience

  • Eligibility for Exchange: Products can be exchanged within 2 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Process for Exchange: To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Once approved, you will receive return instructions for the item you wish to exchange.
  • Condition of the Item: Items must be returned in resalable condition (unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags). Items that are worn or damaged will not be eligible for exchange.
  •  Exchange Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective, damaged, or we made an error in the order. Shipping costs for the exchanged item will depend on the shipping method chosen.

The Glamour Culture retains the right to make the final determination on exchanges, based on the condition of the returned item and compliance with our exchange policy.
